Although the flowers delivered did not match the arrangement in the online picture, my aunt sent a picture and the arrangement was still beautiful ... and thank you for the added balloon... just a note: i understand with COVID that certain flower deliveries have been delayed or unavailable, so thank you for the lovely substitution.

I called last week to order flowers for a funeral. I knew roughly what I wanted. Unfortunately, I didn't know how to describe it. The person taking care of me patiently walked me through my poor attempts to describe what I wanted and assured me she'd take care of it. And did she ever - I was so happy with the arrangement when I saw it! She had produced exactly what I had in mind, even though I couldn't articulate what that was. It was a beautiful arrangement, and I was so pleased!
